At AKS Decor, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item(s), we offer a 30-day return policy.

  1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • You must have proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt).
  • Items that are custom-made or on clearance are not eligible for return.

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at returns@aksdecor.co.za to initiate the return process.
  2. Ship the Item: Once we confirm the return, ship the item back to our return address provided by customer service.
  3. Refund: After we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

If you wish to exchange an item, follow the same steps as the return process. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  1. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for a replacement or full refund.

  1. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
