At AKS Decor, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item(s), we offer a 30-day return policy.
- Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
- You must have proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt).
- Items that are custom-made or on clearance are not eligible for return.
- Return Process
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at returns@aksdecor.co.za to initiate the return process.
- Ship the Item: Once we confirm the return, ship the item back to our return address provided by customer service.
- Refund: After we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, follow the same steps as the return process. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for a replacement or full refund.
- Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
